Why did you decide to become an international tax expert?

I appreciate the possibility to be able to make a difference. To know that my knowledge help companies and people all over the world to succeed in business is a pleasure. International tax and workflow are constantly shifting, and it is exciting to stay updated and to be able to provide high quality services to the clients.

Which areas do you specialise in?

International tax, in particular for companies and for individuals living abroad working in Norway or on the Norwegian continental shelf. I’m assisting clients in being compliant both towards the tax rules and regulations and the immigration requirements like resident permits and visas.

What are you passionate about (work related)?

To make a difference for the client. To help the client navigate through the jungle of rules and regulations. I know I have succeeded when the clients relax and feel confident that we are looking after their interest and make sure they are compliant.

What was the most interesting thing that happened at work this week?

We had one day of teamwork looking through current topics that may affect the business of our clients. The purpose was to gather and analyze the latest news in order to provide the clients with information that may be of interest in their particular situation. The positive feedback from the clients is priceless and inspiring.

What do you like about Magnus Legal?

The feeling of making a difference. The cooperation between colleagues to provide the client with the best service and knowledge. Good colleagues who appreciate each other and have fun together is valued in Magnus Legal, and it is an important factor to succeed.

What is your favourite activity outside work?

I am a hyper social person that feel happiness when being with positive people.  It is not a secret that my favourite activity is to be with my lovely family and friends. It gives me much pleasure to organize parties, competitions and activities that bring us together. ❤️ Though my husband would have preferred that the answer was “home alone with my lovely husband” …😊
