Linn specializes in company law, tax law, and VAT, with expertise in both national and international corporate tax as well as individual income tax. She advises corporations on company establishment, transactions, negotiations, and drafting commercial agreements. Additionally, she handles dispute resolution, litigation, labor law, bankruptcy, copyright, and real estate law. She graduated from The University of Bergen in 2011 and also holds two LL.M. degrees in business and taxation law from CY Cergy Paris Université and The University of Dundee. She joined Magnus Legal in 2021, having previously practiced at Deloitte, Dalan Advokatfirma, and Advokatfirmaet Frøysaa & Bjørkgaard, as well as The Norwegian Tax Administration.
